Our rates start with a 1 hour minimum and increase per 1/2 hour increment of service.
Non-packaged rates are $30.00 per hour, with each additional 1/2 hour being billed at $15.00.
Services required with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 25% expediting fee at the discretion of Twin City Concierge.
Services required with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 40% expediting fee at the discretion of Twin City Concierge.
Post-Operative Assistance - errand running, house cleaning, yard maintenance, pet care, laundry, companionship.
Moving Out/Moving In - packing/unpacking, cleaning, organizing, research of new area.
Frequent Traveler - house sitting, yard maintenance, pet care, mail and newspaper, return meal prepared and groceries stocked.
Personal Assistant - errand running, kid ferrying, reseach and event planning, bill paying, correspondence assistance.
Special Event - invites, RSVP management, facility arrangements, entertainment, catering arrangements, set-up, clean-up.
